Financial Policy

Refine Anti-Aging Medicine & Aesthetics operates as a cash-pay facility and does not accept or bill insurance or offer super bills for any Cosmetic or wellness services.

● Payment Due: All appointments require a deposit (except for Consults which are paid in full) at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Some appointments only require a valid card on file. Full payment is due at the time of service.

● Accepted Forms of Payment: We accept cash, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and approved financing options through Cherry.

● Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. All deposits are non-refundable.

●Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment time or require rescheduling at the provider's discretion.

● Late arrival fees or cancellation fees may apply if the appointment cannot be accommodated.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Pre-paid packages are non-refundable.

● Product purchases (skincare) are final unless the product is defective or unopened.

● All service packages, memberships, and subscription programs (including hormone replacement therapy, weight loss programs, and Facial memberships) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

● To cancel a subscription or membership, please send us a formal email notification 2 weeks before your next bill date.

● Packages must be used within one year. Unused services will be forfeited after expiration.

● Recurring subscription payments require updated billing information. Failure to maintain current payment details may result in service interruption.

FINANCING OPTIONS

We offer flexible financing through Cherry to help make your treatments more affordable. Please ask our team for more information or apply online prior to your appointment.

Refine Anti-Aging Medicine & Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment or dismiss a patient from services at any time. Not all patients are candidates for all services, and final determination rests with the medical provider.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

● You understand that failure to comply with this financial policy may result in appointment cancellation or dismissal from the practice.
