Cancellation, Rescheduling, Deposits & Fees

● Deposits are non-refundable.

● If you reschedule with 72+ hours’ notice, your deposit will be transferred to a new appointment date.

● If you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours’ notice, your deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit is required to rebook.

If you cancel with less than 24 hour notice, your deposit will be forfeited and an additional fee applies as follows based on the length of appointment time that was reserved.

● Appointments 30 minutes or less: $100

● Appointments 45- 60 minutes or less: $200

● Appointments 75 minutes or longer: $300

All late cancellation and no-show charges are non-refundable.

If you reschedule with 72+ hours’ notice:

● 1st reschedule: No penalty

● 2nd reschedule: $200 additional deposit required

● 3rd reschedule: All deposits are forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook

For appointments paid in full, multiple reschedules (with 72hr+ notice) will incur additional charges:

● 2nd reschedule: $100 additional charge

● 3rd reschedule: $200 additional charge

If rescheduling occurs with less than 72 hours’ notice, the following fees will apply:

● Appointments 30 minutes or less: $100

● Appointments 45- 60 minutes or less: $200

● Appointments 75 minutes or longer: $300
