Meet the Team

Dr. Reshma Vesanwala has spent her clinical career in the Golden State. She graduated top of her class in UC Irvine with a double major in chemistry and art history before attending medical school at Western University.

Those three core disciplines of medicine, chemistry, and art would guide Dr. Vasanwala into the field of anti-aging and aesthetics. She has the knowledge and scientific acumen to help her patients adapt and overcome the effects of aging while preserving their youthful appearance with an artistic eye. Dr. Vasanwala welcomes you to Refine Anti-Aging Medicine and Aesthetics!

A message from Dr. Vasanwala

Fletcher Munksgard FNP-C Nurse Practitioner

Fletcher comes from an urgent care background where he enjoys the fast pace and procedural aspect of acute care.

It was in this setting that he developed his love for and experience with IVs, conferring upon him the nickname “vein whisperer.” His passion, however, is in functional or “root cause” medicine, regarding the musculoskeletal system and the body as a whole. Fletcher and Dr. Vasanwala serendipitously met in 2020 and have been working together ever since.

Currently, all Vitamin Drip appointments are primarily managed by Fletcher. He is not only an expert in getting an IV swiftly but very knowledgeable about functional medicine. Chances are you will have an illuminating conversation with him about health, nutrition, and dietary supplements. In his spare time, Fletcher enjoys watching and training in mixed martial arts, riding motorcycles, traveling, reading, and learning more about and practicing functional medicine and ultrasonography.

Marian Miranda LICENSED ESTHETICIAN

Meet Marian Miranda, our dedicated skincare enthusiast and licensed esthetician with a passion for combining holistic skincare with advanced clinical treatments. She began her journey at Refine as Dr. Vasanwala’s medical administrative assistant and was inspired to dive deeper into the world of aesthetics by enrolling in an esthetics program. After getting licensed, it was a no brainer to start offering facial services at Refine.

She has always been a lover of all things skin + beauty and has in the past had her own natural deodorant business and also worked as a professional makeup artist. She is always expanding her knowledge, geeking out about anything related to facials and skin care, and perfecting her skill in nano brows (permanent makeup).

Some of her favorite things about facials is not only seeing but feeling the real time change in hydration and texture of the skin and when clients fall asleep - she considers it a huge compliment! When she’s not at Refine you can find her at hot yoga, baking filipino desserts, or being favorite Auntie to her 6 nieces and nephews.
