SCHEDULING POLICY
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Thank you for choosing Refine Anti Aging Medicine and Aesthetics. We truly appreciate your business.
We have some office rules we would like to share with you.
You must be on time for your appointment! If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a same day cancellation fee may be applied. For some appointments you will need to arrive 30-45 min early for numbing. so please read your appointment confirmation email for important information on what to expect.
Please review your confirmation email. Depending on your service, we list the pre and post instructions you need to keep in mind. You will also find more details on cost and cancellation fees and rescheduling policies.
A deposit is required to book most appointments. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE but you if you need reschedule we can move your deposit to the new date/time if you reschedule with 72 hours or more notice ( more below on rescheduling).
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you decide to cancel an appointment you will forfeit your deposit-- even if the cancellation is made well in advance of 72 hours. Deposits are not saved as credit for future use if you cancel and do not reschedule.
LATE CANCELLATIONS:
Appts must be cancelled or rescheduled before 72 hour of your appt to avoid late cancellation fees.
If you cancel an appt less than 72 hours, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be needed to book. IF the appt was paid in full, there is $200 late cancellation fee.
If there is a NO show or less than 24 hour cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited and an additional fee will apply depending noted in your confirmation email). If the appt was paid in full you will be forfeiting 50% of that appointment cost.
No Call/No Shows: Further appointments will NOT be allowed to book online. You will need to call our office to get back on the schedule.
RESCHEDULING
You can reschedule or cancel using the link sent in your appointment confirmation email. If you choose to call or text in your cancellation YOU MUST LEAVE A MESSAGE. Please remember messages are time stamped.
Rescheduling POLICY *for appts rescheduled before 72 hours.
Appointments with a paid Deposit.
- 1st Reschedule:Â Allowed with no penalty if done before 72 hours.
- 2nd Reschedule:Â additional non refundable $200 deposit is taken which will apply towards your balance.
- 3rd Reschedule: ALL NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS WILL BE FORFEITED. A new deposit will be needed to reschedule the appointment.
Appointments Paid in Full, rescheduled more than 72 hours ahead.
- 1st Reschedule :Â Allowed with no penalty.
- 2nd Reschedule: A $200 penalty applies for appts 60 min and longer, and $100 for 30-45 min appointments.
- 3rd Reschedule: 50% of the appointment cost is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book again.
Appointment paid in full same day or less than 24 hour cancellation:
- $200 for 30 min appts
- $300 for 45-60 min appts
- $400 for appts 60-75 min
- $450 for appts 90 min or longer
IMPORTANT: This policy applies to all appointment types.
